Availability The cottage is available the following dates: Summer 2012: We will be mailing contracts to previous clients in late winter of 2012. We will post openings after those recipients respond with their dates. Due to a long-term renter moving in there are no open dates for the 2011 - 2012 winter season. Thank-you for your interest. Rates In Season: June through the end of August. $1800 per week (Saturday to Saturday) Off Season: September through end of May $750 per week Off-season Weekends: Minimum two-day stay 2 people: $200 per day 3-4 people: $250 per day PLEASE: No smokers or pets
